Toledo Ballet is working extremely hard to provide a safe environment for all of our students, faculty and staff. EVERYONE entering Toledo Ballet will be required to wear a mask in all common areas, including the restrooms, studios, hallways, etc.
Toledo Ballet’s fall semester is now open for registration. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and for the health and safety of our students and faculty, Toledo Ballet has reduced the number of students per studio and has increased the number of classes in Pre Primary Ballet through Level 4 Ballet.
For the fall semester, Toledo Ballet is offering both In-Studio classes and Virtual Only classes. Students may take a combination of In-Studio and Virtual Only classes; both In-Studio and Virtual Only class have a limited number of class openings.
Toledo Ballet offers significant tuition discounts and is offering an additional 10% discount on Virtual Only classes. This discount will not display when you register for classes; your confirming email from Toledo Ballet will reflect this additional discount and will include, where applicable, Toledo Ballet’s volume discounts.

The Toledo Alliance for the Performing Arts (“TAPA”) and Toledo Ballet are committed to maintaining a positive learning environment in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity. Discrimination, harassment, and bullying, like other disruptive or violent behaviors, are types of conduct that disrupt students’ ability to learn and Toledo Ballet’s ability to educate its students in a safe environment, and such conduct will not be tolerated.
For purposes of this policy, harassment and bullying are defined as any unwelcome or unwanted conduct of an offensive nature, whether verbal, physical, or environmental, that is intended to or actually causes mental or physical harm to the individual at which it is directed or that creates an intimidating, abusive, hostile, or offensive environment. Harassment and bullying also includes misconduct that occurs using electronic equipment and media, such as through email, text, or social media. This policy also applies to misconduct that occurs outside of Toledo Ballet hours but that is directed towards Toledo Ballet students or staff or that substantially disrupts the Toledo Ballet’s learning environment.
Examples of prohibited conduct include, but are not limited to:
Toledo Ballet encourages all individuals who believe they are being harassed or bullied to firmly or promptly notify the offender that his or her behavior is unwelcome, if possible. All Toledo Ballet staff and students are required to report misconduct under this policy to a faculty member with whom the student studies, or any other member of Toledo Ballet or TAPA staff. Anonymous complaints can be sent to the Artistic Director of Toledo Ballet. Retaliation against any victim or person who makes a good faith report of harassment or bullying will not be tolerated and will also be considered misconduct under this policy. Deliberate or knowingly false reports, however, will not be tolerated and are considered misconduct under this policy.
Toledo Ballet will respond promptly and investigate all good faith complaints of misconduct. If Toledo Ballet determines that misconduct has occurred, the parent or guardian for the student(s) involved in the misconduct shall be notified. Toledo Ballet reserves the right to take appropriate corrective action based on the severity of the misconduct, up to and including removal from the Program.
The Guild is a group of Toledo Ballet parents and other interested persons dedicated to promoting the Toledo Ballet School through fundraising activities. Funds raised by the Guild help provide scholarships, professional development opportunities for TB faculty, capital improvements to the facilities, and other things that benefit all TB dancers. Yearly membership dues is $10 and Guild meetings are only once a month.
